Setiap Rumah Sakit harus memiliki organisasi yang efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel. Organisasi  Rumah Sakit paling sedikit terdiri  atas  Kepala  Rumah Sakit atau Direktur Rumah Sakit, unsur pelayanan medis, unsur keperawatan, unsur penunjang medis, komite medis, satuan pemeriksaan internal, serta administrasi umum dan keuangan.

The World no tobacco day is observed on  31 May, every year. This day observed for make an attention about the result of tobacco products and health effects. WHO ( World health Organization ) created  worlds no tobacco day  in 1987. In the last twenty year, all nation which is the member of UN are organizing this Event. In 2008 WHO called for a worldwide ban on advertising, Promotion and sponsorship. And the  theme of 2008 was “ Tobacco Free Youth” .
